If you have completed a booking, you can still change the Booking Contact if required.

To change the Traveller, click Amend Room on the Booking Summary page.

Click Continue when the warning appears. You will be shown the Booking Summary.

Click Change Traveller.

Remove the existing Traveller by click the icon.

Type at least two characters into both the First Name and Surname fields to search for a new traveller.

Choose a traveller from the Search Results and click Select to the right of their Telephone number.

Click OK to confirm the changes.
Note
A warning message will advise you that Conferma Pay does not update the PNR and that any faxes must be sent manually by clicking on Resend Confirmation.
