Using the Unique Hotel Booking Reference

You can use the unique, six-digit hotel booking reference to open a specific booking.

1. Click View Bookings.

2. Enter the booking reference into the box marked Booking Reference.

   Booking references are always six digits.

   

3. Click Search. If there is a match to the six-digit reference, the booking details will be shown. The reference number entered into the PNR is the one contained in the GDS.
