You can request Places of Interest to feature in searches for the field marked City/Town.
Custom Places of Interest are set by your Agency Admin. These could be:

Offices
-
Event Locations
-
Landmarks
-
Unregistered Train Stations or Airports
You can search for the Name of your POI when making a booking to receive results that are based on that location.
The below example shows 'Big Ben' as a configured POI and the search results are showing hotels based on their distance relative to the geocoded 'Big Ben'.
