If you are searching for a specific hotel but you are failing to find it, it most likely is not in the system. You can add a new hotel by sending a request to our support team. Once approved, the hotel will be in the system.

To add a New Hotel to the Hotel Booker Platform, click Tools located at the top right of the screen and click Support.

Click the Support Topic dropdown menu and select Add a new Hotel to the Conferma system.

Fill in the fields with the relevant details. Compulsory fields are marked with an asterisk*.

Click Submit.
Once the property has been accepted in the Hotel Booker system, Conferma Pay will send a notification that the hotel is now available to be booked.
