Once logged in you will see the Client Select screen. By default the All Clients tab will be selected, which displays your agency's clients.

Click Action List to display clients with outstanding actions.

Click Client Groups to show bookings (both Open Enquiries and Provisional Cancellations) for a particular hotel across several clients at the same time.
Hotel Booker displays Open Bookings for the selected client, with the Make a Booking search fields displayed on the left-hand side.

To use this functionality, your client Groups must be set-up in the Agency Admin Tool. To have this configured, please contact your Agency Admin.
