Bookings can be cancelled through Hotel Booker dependent on the individual hotel's cancellation policy, you should be aware of this policy before you make a booking. If you need to a cancel an Offline Booking see Cancelling an Offline Booking.
If you have the Booking Reference or the PNR Locator, you can immediately search for a specific booking upon log in.

Click the Client Select option on the top right-hand side of page to the left of Tools. The display text will match the client that you are logged in as.

Enter the Booking Reference or PNR Locator into the relevant field and click Find Booking.

You will be directed to the booking linked to that Reference Number or PNR.

Alternatively, the user can click the Hotel Booker logo in the top left-hand corner to be taken to the Open Bookings page.

A list of current open bookings will be displayed. Select the booking you wish to cancel to open the Booking Summary.

Once the the Booking Summary is open, scroll down the page and click Cancel Booking.
A message will be shown to remind you to check any cancellation fees that you may incur due to the hotel cancellation policy.

Please ensure you read the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation policy for the hotel, every cancellation policy is different. Once understood, click Continue.
Note
You can send notifications of cancellation to both the Contact and the Traveller, if this is required tick the Send Traveller Notifications box.
Please wait until the cancellation is confirmed before proceeding.
You will be aware of a confirmed cancellation as you will have a banner message stating that the cancellation was successful, along with a cancellation number.
