You may need to change your password periodically to align with your agency's security policy.
To change your password:

Click the
icon in the top right-hand side of the screen.

Click My Profile.

Scroll down the page until you reach Conferma Pay Login Details.

Enter your old password into the Old Password field, and enter your new password into the New Password field. If needed, you can change your Security Question from the same page.

Click Save Changes.

Password: ensure that your chosen password contains at least 8 characters and at least one of the following: upper case letter, lower case letter, number, special character.
