Conferma Pay Online version 3.5 introduces visual changes to the User Interface (UI) and updates to the Conferma Pay branding, alongside additional functionality to improve user experience.
We have updated the look and feel of the portal, including:

Replacing clickable links with buttons for a more consistent user experience.

Updating icons on all pages.

Updating search results lists.

Updating the User Admin page.

Updating the navigation bar colours and moving the icon to switch between web portals to the top right-hand corner.

Updating status indicators on some pages to be status boxes, making them clearer.
We have updated the look and feel of the Home page. There is now a large left-hand panel showing your Recent Deployments, with an options menu on the right-hand side. We have removed the Home icon in the navigation bar, and clicking the Conferma Pay Online logo will take you back to the dashboard.
Recent Activity has been renamed to Recent Deployments and given a streamlined appearance.
You can filter Recent Deployments by the following options:

Keyword–filter by supplier name or supplier reference.

Status–filter by status.
-
Created Date–filter by the date a deployment was created.
There are now icon buttons in the right-hand column for the main actions. The specific actions that are visible will depend on the user's role and permissions.
If your user role and permissions allow for over three main actions, the third icon will be a More button. Click More to open a box with the further actions that are available to you.
The Available Card Pools list is located in the right-hand column on the dashboard. Your two most recently used card pools are displayed here. Previously, an image of a card was shown next to the card pool name. We have replaced this with a card provider icon.
We have also added a Card Pool page. Click Review All to see a list of all card pools accessible to you within your active Card Pool Group. You can see the following information (where available) about each card pool:

The status indicator on the Card Deployment page is now a status box.
In the Payment Details section, you can now click on either the labels or the fields to bring the fields into focus and enter or replace information. You can also click the toggle labels to switch the toggles on and off.
We have redesigned the deployment options menu to include a brief description of each item. The specific options available will depend on the user's role and permissions.
The Cancel Card option has been moved to the bottom of the list, and the font colour is now red to differentiate it from the other options.
You can access the deployment options menu by clicking More on the Card Deployment page.
We have added a Card Pool Search option on the Administration page to allow faster access to card pool searches.
The Payment information sent in the communication to the supplier that is shown in the Deployment History is now also shown in the Accommodation Details section.
We have made several enhancements to the User Search page, with the addition of two new dropdown options and a new toggle option.

'Search by Card Pool Access' dropdown–returns only users with access to a specific card pool.

'Search by Approver' dropdown–returns only users with a specific linked Approver.

'Show Disabled Only' toggle–returns only users with disabled accounts.

'Show Locked Out Only' toggle–returns only users with locked out accounts.

We have resolved an issue where Card Issuer Admins were unable to access the full functionality when jumping between card pool groups. This was due to the settings being based on the Card Issuer Admin user and not the card pool group selected. We have updated this to ensure that Card Issuer Admins are able to access functionality based on the card pool group selected.

A notification email was not being sent to inform delegates that approval had been delegated to them. From the release of Online v3.5, delegates will receive this email to inform them of the delegation, the time period the delegation is valid for, and the user who is absent.

We have updated accessibility to make labels clickable in all sections. Clicking on either a label or a field brings the field into focus and allows you to enter or replace information in this field. Click toggle labels to switch the toggles on and off.

We have resolved an issue where when creating a Fastcard the dropdown of air suppliers was not showing. A dropdown is now available when creating a Fastcard for Air deployments.

We have made the Customer ID visible in the Deployment History.
