There are two user access levels for Conferma snap – User and Admin. Standard functions are available at User level, with a few additional functions available at Admin level.

Creating a snap User
- To create an Online user with snap User level access, you can follow the steps here.
- Card Issuer users can also create a user with snap-only User level access (or any combination of SNAP, Online, and Control access), or a snap Admin user type in the Setup portal, following the steps in "Add a New User to a Card Pool" here.
- T&E users can contact Conferma Support to have snap users added.
