Introduction
With Sertifi eConfirmations, hotels receive virtual card or corporate card payments along with the corresponding payment instructions and any essential guest information directly within their Sertifi Portal. All payment data is tokenized and transferred in a PCI compliant manner. When new travel bookings are available, the hotel receives an email notification. The hotel can securely retrieve payment data from their complimentary Sertifi Portal for PMS entry using a two-step authentication process.
Signing up with Sertifi to receive eConfirmations
Signing up to receive eConfirmations is very simple, follow the following link:

Receiving/Reviewing a Sertifi eConfirmation Record
The process begins with an email sent from the TMC or VCP that contains a button to review:
When you click on the “Review” button you will be directed to log into the Sertifi portal. Login with your email and password.
You will then see the home screen of your Sertifi portal:
After selecting the “eConfirmations” option on the dashboard:
You will see the list of records your hotel has received:
Click on the information icon:
The reservation information including billing instructions will display:
Click on the credit card icon
You will then begin the 2-step verification process:
An email will come to you with a verification code:
Cut and paste the verification code into the verify area.
The credit card information will then appear:
You will have 60 seconds to input the credit card information into your PMS system. If you can’t enter the information in time, simply click on the credit card icon and the information will reappear.
Click on “Process”:
The record will then live in the portal as a “Processed” status:
The information will remain for you to reference for 60 days.
The Sertifi dashboard is your one-stop shop for receiving and reviewing virtual and corporate credit cards used for payment. To access the Sertifi dashboard, log in to the portal using your email address and password.
