Once you have received notification from your administrator that your snap account has been set up, visit the snap Portal at https://snap.conferma.com and follow the steps below:

Before logging in for the first time, you should have been provided with your User Name, Memorable Word, Security Question and Security Answer.

Enter your username and click Next.

When prompted to enter your password, click the Forgotten Password link.

Enter the answer to your security question and then click Next.

If you have entered the correct details, a forgotten password link will be sent to the email address associated with your username. Check your junk folder if you do not receive the email.
Note
The link is valid for two hours, and you can only click it once. If you click the link and do not complete the forgotten password process or click the link after two hours have passed, you will need to start the forgotten password process again.

Click on the link in the email to create and confirm your new password. You will be prompted to enter your security answer again before being allowed to create your password. Once you have created your password click Next.

If the password you choose does meet the minimum criteria, you will see a warning message and the password will not be accepted. You will need to re-enter a password that meets the criteria.

If the password meets the minimum criteria, you will be directed to complete the usual log in procedure using your new password.
If you are required to setup multi-factor authentication, you will be prompted to install an authenticator app on your device.
Passwords must conform to the minimum password complexity requirements for the Conferma Setup Portal Portal.
The password requirements are as follows:

Must be at least eight characters in length

Must contain at least one upper case letter
-
Must contain at least one lower case letter
-
Must contain at least one number
-
Must contain at least one special character (!"£$%)
-
Must not be the same as any of your last 12 passwords

Must not contain the answer to your security question
Memorable words cannot include more than two consecutive characters.
The complete memorable word complexity policy is:

The memorable word must be at least eight characters long.
-
The memorable word must not include more than two consecutive characters.
Note
This change is only applicable for any new memorable words created. Existing memorable words are not affected and these complexity requirements will only apply if you change your existing memorable word.
To log in on a day-to-day basis, you will need a username, password, and MFA authenticator or memorable word.

Enter your username.

Enter your password. If you can't remember your password, click Forgotten password.

Enter your authenticator code or characters from your memorable word.

If you have entered the correct details, you will be directed to the Home page.
Your user account may become locked after three unsuccessful consecutive log in attempts or if you have entered information incorrectly when trying to log in for the first time.
To unlock your user account, follow the forgotten password process to reset your password and unlock your account.
If you cannot complete the forgotten password process because you have forgotten your security answer and/or memorable word, you will need to contact your Corporate Administrator and ask them to reset the credentials.
