This page provides an overview of the card accounts that you have access to, and includes:

Card Pool—the name of the virtual card account

Use Type—the use type of the virtual card account e.g., Multi type, Generic, Air

Last Statement Date—the date that the last statement was received
-
Transactions—the number of transactions received since your last statement (current period)

Transaction Total—the value of total transactions received since your last statement
You can use the menu panel on the left of the screen to easily navigate around the tool. Each option on the menu enables you to filter search results to control what is visible in the main snap display work area.
Click the Reporting icon to run and download reports. For further information check the Reporting article in the user guide.
Click the Transactions icon to view the charges made to the virtual card account. For further information check the Transactions article in the user guide.
Click the Deployments icon to view all deployments by deployment ID. A deployment ID is allocated for each virtual card that is created, you can search for deployments as soon as a virtual card is created. For further information check the Deployments article in the user guide.
Click the Invoices icon to manually enter a breakdown of spend categories and taxes to enable you to generate a report of detailed spend itemisation

Click the File Upload icon to upload a copy of a receipt that you have received directly from a supplier. For further information check the File Upload article in the user guide.
Click the Documents icon to search and view receipts that have been sent by suppliers. For further information check the Documents article in the user guide.
Click the Invoice Reminders icon to send manual reminders to suppliers who have not provided a receipt for a transaction. For further information check the Invoice Reminders article in the user guide.
