Request an Invoice

Users can send a request for a missing invoice direct to a hotel using snap.

Note

Use of the Invoice Reminder functionality is dependent on transactions being reconciled in snap, where the transaction has not been marked as invoice not required.

1. Click the Invoice Reminders icon.

2. Enter your search criteria.

3. Click Search to view your results.

All deployments and transactions matching the search criteria will be displayed.

Users can easily send a reminder against the Deployment ID.

1. Check the box against the ID.

2. Click Send.
