During the implementation process, the Conferma Implementation team will identify the primary users within the Travel Management Company (TMC) and card issuer to be set up with access to the Conferma Setup portal.
We recommend that each TMC and card issuer has a minimum of two users. If you need additional user access, you can request this from the Conferma Support team via https://help.conferma.com.
To set up new user access, we require:
The TMC/card issuer name
The user's first name, last name, and email address
Once an Admin creates a new user in Administration a welcome email will be sent to the new user containing a link to create their account security details.

If the password meets the minimum criteria, you will be directed to complete the usual log in procedure using your new password.
