Conferma Online v3.18 includes updates to Assure API and changes to setting up security details for new users.
We have updated the Assure API for logging in to Conferma Online to increase platform security.
Users can now add unlimited card acceptor IDs when configuring advanced card controls, previously only one could be added.
We have streamlined the flow when creating a new user to allow admins to send a request for a user to reset their security details. The user will receive an email notifying them that a request has been made. This means that Admins are no longer required to create a security question and answer when creating a new user. The new user will be required to create their security details themselves when logging in for the first time.
Note
Admins will only be able to reset user security details and will no longer be able to change details for other users.
Important
Admins have the option to download a sample file to use as a template when using the 'bulk upload users' feature. The sample file has been updated to reflect the changes above.
Admins should bulk upload new users using the updated sample file.
