Registering for the App

You can register for the Conferma App using the Conferma Registration portal.

Note

If you are already a registered user of any of the Conferma Pay portals, you can go straight to log in using your existing user name and password. You will not need to register for the app, unless you are using a different email address to access the app.

1. To access the Conferma Registration portal, do one of the following:

   • Click the link in your invite email

   • Navigate to https://app.conferma.com/

   • Download the Conferma App from your App Store. Tap the Register link on the app Sign in screen to open the Registration portal

   

2. Enter your details:

   • Email address—ensure this is the email address that your invite link was sent to

   • Forename

   • Surname

   • Password

   • Confirm password—this needs to match exactly the password you entered in the Password field

3. When you have successfully entered your details and clicked Register, you will see the confirmation page:

   

4. Check the email account that you registered with for a verification email and click Verify my email to complete your registration. Alternatively, click the hyperlink in the email.

    

   Note

   If a user who has registered for the app, but not yet verified their email address, attempts to log in they will be redirected back to the login screen with a message prompting them to check their emails.

   Warning

   The link in your email is only valid for two hours. If the link expires, you will need to begin the registration process again.

5. When you click the link you will be asked to enter the password you chose earlier. You will also need to choose a security question and answer to be used if you forget your password and need to set a new one.

   

   There are four standard security questions that you can choose from, or if you prefer, you can also set your own question.

   Tip

   Choose a security question that would be difficult for others to guess the answer to, but ensure it is something that you will remember when you need it.

6. When you have completed the form, click Complete registration. If your registration has been completed successfully, you will see this screen:

   

7. Next, you can download the Conferma App from your app store, if you haven't done so already, and log in.
